Payments are taken through a secure third party, Lloyds Bank Cardnet. Through Lloyds Bank Cardnet we take secure credit card and debit card payments.

If you send us correspondence, including emails, we retain such information in the records of your account. We will also retain customer service correspondence. We retain these records in order to keep records of our relationship, to measure and improve our customer service, and to investigate potential fraud and violations of our User Agreement. We may, over time, delete these records if permitted by law.

We have updated our website so that you can change many of these details yourself if you have set up account with us. Go to “My account” at the top right hand side of the website and sign in. In “Personal Information” you will see the information we hold and from there you can amend or delete this information. From here you can also amend the marketing options. From time to time, we offer optional questionnaires and surveys to our users for such purposes as collecting demographic information or assessing users’ interests and needs.
