Payments are taken through a secure third party, Lloyds Bank Cardnet. Through Lloyds Bank Cardnet we take secure credit card and debit card payments.

If you send us correspondence, including emails, we retain such information in the records of your account. We will also retain customer service correspondence. We retain these records in order to keep records of our relationship, to measure and improve our customer service, and to investigate potential fraud and violations of our User Agreement.
