We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for goods should they have been listed incorrectly. If you have already been charged, we will refund you the total amount charged including delivery charges.

The total price of your goods will be confirmed at the time you place your order. All prices are in GBP and include the relevant UK taxes where applicable. We have the right to change prices when:
Very occasionally the cost of the product may have increased but not been updated on the website, the relevant taxes may not have been included in the price or they may have changed. We will inform you immediately if this is the case prior to dispatch to make sure you still want the goods at the revised cost.

All products for sale on this website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Pictures are used for illustration only. They are as accurate as possible but from time to time they may differ from the product supplied.

We try to hold all listed goods in stock. If for any reason the item is out of stock, we will immediately inform you and submit an estimated date of delivery.

We aim to despatch your goods within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Delivery should be expected 3-5 days after despatch. We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 5 working days of the expected delivery date. This is 2-3 working days from the date of despatch, as advised at point of order.

Goods are supplied to you on unconditional approval. If you wish to return any full price goods supplied by us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a full price product provided it is returned in the original packaging, with tags and in perfect condition, unused and unsoiled. We will exchange sale goods or provide a credit note for any sale goods supplied by us, provided it is returned in the original packaging, with tags and in perfect condition, unused and unsoiled. Goods must be returned within 14 days. All items must be returned by recorded delivery.
